Lagerstroemia Indica is an often multi stemmed, deciduous tree with a wide spreading, flat topped, open habit when mature. The bark is prominent feature being smooth, pinkish-grey and mottled, shedding each year. Leaves are small and dark green charging to yellow and orange in autumn. Flower are rose-pink with crimped petals.
