Description:
The tree is native to Madagascar. It is a multi-trunked palm, with up to 12 trunks. While other clumping palms often have a main trunk and suckering stems the plant grows individual trunks like bamboo canes. These trunks can grow up to 8m in height. The green leaves and yellow trunks make it an attractive focus point or a spectacular visual break.
